Kevin Csoboth scored in the 100th minute to give Hungary a dramatic 1-0 win over Scotland in Budapest and send the Magyars through to the knockout stages of Euro 2024.

Scotland started the game brightly and had the better of the chances in the first half, but they could not find a way past Hungary goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.

Hungary grew into the game after the break and came close to taking the lead on several occasions, but they were denied by some excellent saves from Scotland goalkeeper David Marshall.

However, Csoboth finally broke the deadlock in the 100th minute, heading home from a corner to send the Hungarian fans into raptures.

The result means that Hungary finish top of Group F with nine points, while Scotland finish third with three points.
