Simon Cowell hits back at reports he's quit Netflix show
Cowell's reality TV series, The Midas Touch, will now follow his search for future stars
Cowell has previously said he regrets not signing One Direction to his record label
Simon Cowell has hit back at reports he has quit a Netflix show that follows his search for future stars.
The music mogul, who is behind The X Factor and Pop Idol, launched The Midas Touch on Netflix in 2020.
The series follows Cowell as he travels the world in search of talented singers, dancers and musicians.
However, recent reports have claimed that Cowell has quit the show after just one series.
Cowell has now taken to social media to deny these reports, saying that he is "fully committed" to The Midas Touch.
"I'm really excited about the future of The Midas Touch," Cowell said. "We've had some amazing success stories so far, and I'm confident that we'll find even more stars in the future."
The first series of The Midas Touch featured a number of talented performers, including singer-songwriter Calum Scott and dancer Tommy Franzén.
It is not yet known when the second series of The Midas Touch will be released.
